Orion's Cloth Nappies warranty

At Orion's Cloth Nappies we pride ourselves on supplying high quality products that are designed to last, therefore all Orion's Cloth Nappy products bought from us or our retailers have a 12 month warranty for any manufacturing faults, these may include:

• Broken snaps, clasps or buckles
• Faulty stitching affecting usability
• Slack elastics
• Faulty PUL

What is not covered:

• Wear and tear, such as bobbling and buckling of inserts.
• Damage through improper washing and drying (see wash guide here)
• Ammonia damage
• Leaking
• Poor fit
• Holes in inserts
• Staining or smells
• Change of mind
• Damage from tumble drying on a high heat
• Damage from washing above 60c
• Damage from prolonged soaking (wet pailing)
• Second hand nappies

With caution:

• Bleach sanitise must be carried out under our guidance, damage from soaking for too long, or using too high concentration of bleach will void the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty claim

Please email photos of any damage or faults along with your original receipt and description of the concerns, to orionsclothnappies@gmail.com, you must receive a confirmatory email prior to sending an item back.

Once we have received the item and assessed the damage, we will contact you to discuss whether the item can be fixed or requires replacement, you will then either receive the fixed item back, or a like for like replacement. You can request a print however a specific print is not guaranteed as it will depend on available stock.
